Below is my Terms of Service (ToS) for all clients who commission me. I am honored to be trusted with your creative visions and look forward to working with you!

I.General Terms

-All drawings may or will include a subtle watermark that you may not remove.
-I might record the drawing process and post it on my social media, I may also watermark any references you've given so they can't be stolen.
-Prices are subject to change based on demand, for example, character complexity, background complexity, items etc.
-I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
-By commissioning me for work, upon payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all of my Terms of Service knowingly and of your own volition.

What You Get As A Buyer!

-Drafts/mockups that you must decide which one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission there might be fewer or more drafts)
-Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work
-Insight and involvement in color plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece)
-Full-resolution file of final drawing. (Final file formats are usually PNG)

II.Process & Delivery

-I will notify you when I have started on your commission by sending you your first review/WIP, and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund as the project has already begun and my work on your commission is now ongoing until the commission is finished. (see "sect. VI" further below for more info on refunds).
-While I'm working on your commission I will make revisions as needed with you to make sure I make it just right for you as a paying customer, please feel free to ask questions or give suggestions as I send you further reviews!
-The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.
-During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress ( otherwise stated as "WIP") and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.
-The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work I am presently doing, and con seasons.
-If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time given to you I will let you know promptly or do a blanket-notification via my social media profiles. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep up with these should I be unable to inform them individually.
-Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image and possibly alternative versions depending on the scope of your project.
-Note that there is no physical product unless stated as so. I am by and large a digital artist and do not deal in physical materials excepting in specific circumstances which are discussed far ahead of time.
-It is also to be understood that I am an artist that works on multiple projects at a time, should you see progress on another project in queue and you have paid before they did, please understand that this is part of my creative and organizational processes and that I have not forgotten about you or our project. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions regarding this, I'll be more than happy to answer!IMPORTANT NOTE: I DO NOT Work Fri-Sun on commissions at ALL. If I arrange a commission with you on a Friday and secure a job with you, I WILL slot you in or start work on the following Monday like clockwork, but I need time off like anyone else and use this other time to experiment and work on projects outside of commission work.

III.Review Policy

-Any changes in one phase MUST be mentioned prior to moving into the next phase. Please look over my lineart WIP carefully to make sure no lines need changing before colors start getting added. Please look over the flat color phase WIP carefully to make sure no colors need changing before shading, and so on.
-A fee will be added if you want something changed after the flat color stage.
-If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.
-If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.

IV.Payment

-Currency accepted is either USD, CAD, GBP, or Euros; and can be paid through PayPal, Cashapp or UK bank transfer.
-Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or a payment plan can be discussed. Art will not be started until full payment is received. Payments received from a payment plan are NON-REFUNDABLE, and I will only hold a payment plan for up to three months.
-Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
-Any slots held for an individual will be dropped if payment discussed has not been made within 72hrs of a quote or by the agreed upon payment time. This can be avoided through direct communication so please reach out to me!
-Having your slot dropped three times will result in a temporary ban from receiving my work (including free or promotional art) for six months.
-Violating the 72hr payment window and being banned twice will result in a permanent blacklist from doing any business with me.
-By paying me for a commissioned work, you are hereby acknowledging that you are an adult who is over the age of 18 and that you have read and understood all of my Terms of Service.

VI.Refund/Cancellation Policy

-The buyer is not entitled to a full refund once I get started working on the commission, although you may be able to get a partial refund given circumstances that I (the artist) may deem fit. Please communicate with me promptly if things are going on. I'm usually very understanding and can help accordingly.-"Your Character Here" products (Also known as YCHs), when purchased by a client; are non-refundable in nature. The work has already begun before you've paid, and you have agreed to pay for the work that has been done so far, and then paid to have it finished. If something comes up, please reach out to me and we will figure out a solution, but I reserve the right to deny a refund as you've already paid for the product and the labor has already been done.
-If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will arrange a date and time I can transfer the money back to you myself. You will be issued a receipt and an email detailing the refund process if you qualify.
-If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed the begun a project for you already. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.Please understand that this is in the interest of protecting myself and the valuable time other commissioners have paid hard-earned money for.* If the buyer breaks any of the points stated in the Terms of Service, they will lose all the aforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me (the artist), and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.*

VII.Content Policy

I have certain content that I will not draw, content I am more than happy to draw, and content I will only draw under circumstances I deem fit as an artist. I expect all would-be customers to respect my wishes regarding these matters, and pressuring me to draw things I am uncomfortable with will result in a swift ban from doing business with me for six months, not unlike when someone does not pay within 72Hrs of attaining their finalized quote and slot(s). This ban can and will become permanent as I see fit and I fully reserve the right to refuse service to you or anyone attached to you if you violate these boundaries for me. This is not a "Customer is always right" business and I expect the same professionalism from my clients as they will expect from me as their artist.With the initial disclaimer out of the way, below are my lists of content I have ordered by willingness to draw.

I WILL Draw Content That:

-Features anthropomorphic animal characters, humans/humanoids, monsters, and even feral critters!-Features both High and Low Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Western, Modern, and other genre-themed pieces! I love having context for the images I create and welcome the opportunity to learn about and study new media!-Features non-canonical characters in a given universe a commissioner may be a fan of, given they meet all my Terms of Service.-Promotes LGBTQIA+ Rights, Accessibility/Disability Advocacy, Gender Equality/Feminism, BLM, MMIW, and other Social Justice movements. Call it "Virtue Signalling" or whatever, I don't give a flying fuck, I will continue to promote the things I care about.

I Will NOT Draw Content That:

-Promotes racism, homophobia, transphobia, antisemitism/islamophobia, "Western Chauvanism", or pretty much anything your idiot rightoid cousin with a chinstrap beard thinks is an "opinion". This isn't up for discussion, get fucked.-Features under-aged characters doing anything not age-appropriate. Again, I will be the one who decides what feels appropriate, not the commissioner. Please respect this limitation. I'm not interested in drawing Deku from MHA snorting cocaine, okay?-Features pornographic material. I know many other artists personally who can facilitate this for you or who even specialize in this sort of thing; but I am not your guy for this. I have a young child at home and an open door policy for my kid, so I'm not interested in risking their eyeballs for my wallet, please respect this limitation and understand that if I cannot do this, I will help find you an artist who can.-Features or promotes Conservative or Reactionary ideologies. If you're conservative in any way that's perfectly fine, just keep that behind closed doors and away from our business together as Artist and Client. I will run by a "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy regarding you and your politics, but the moment you attempt to use my hand to promote something that runs counter to my personal beliefs despite warning being given, I will likely blacklist you with no notice and keep your money because you've violated my ToS, your only warning was given here and by commissioning me and paying me, you have acknowledged you have read this publicly accessible document. Thank you.
